Versa screen black but lights up

Last night my fitbit versa went dead so I charged it today. When I put it on it work like normal for a few minutes then when I checked my time I pushed the button to light it up. The screen came on and went off quickly. I tried resetting it but when I did the screen went black but looks like it is trying to light up, but still black. It buzzes like it resets but nothing happens. I also tried charing again, nothing is working. Help please! I love my fitbit and I really don't want to get a new one!

I seem to have exactly the same issue- during the night I woke and looked at my watch but the screen appeared white. This morning it is blank (black). Pressed button in side and it buzzed but nothing - the charged is dropping too it was 92% (on the app) but then dropped to 54%? I have had this 9 months - before that have had HR Charge and Charge 2 all of which have gone wrong, been replaced and broken again 🤦🏻‍:female_sign:🤦🏻‍:female_sign:🤦🏻‍:female_sign:
