Versa screen black, no vibration, no sensor lights

My versa has recently stopped working. The screen is black but the light turns on. No sensor lights or vibrations. Have tried holding 2 buttons down, 3 buttons, nothing changes. Also won’t sync. Any insight?

Your symptoms are very confused.

A Versa 2 only has one button, a Versa has 3, which is it?

If the sensor lights don't show what light turns on if the screen is black? Does your version have a torch in it?

It may well be off or uncharged.

Try charging it from a port you know is working.

After an hour turn it on, if its a Versa

Press and hold the back and bottom buttons for 10 seconds

until it vibrates or you see the Fitbit logo on the screen

then release the buttons.

Thank you Guy,

I apologize if my post is confusing. My versa is the “limited edition” with the lavender woven band (I think that’s what makes it “special”?).
No numbers stated on the box, but it does have 3 buttons!

It was charged overnight and is still not showing anything on the screen. I have tried holding back and bottom buttons, as well as all three. Nada 🥺

Thanks, sorry about your Versa, it seems to be dead, and needs replacing, though probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

At least you can keep the special bands.

Also if you did a factory reset, it's quite possible that it destroyed the watch. It did destroy my Versa.

As it is the fault of Fitbit they should send you a free replacement.
