Versa screen black, wont charge nor sync

Around 10 pm lastnight I noticed my versa was black, originally thought battery died. I got home to plug it in the charger and still nothing. Will not sync to phone or anything. Please help this is only 2 weeks old!

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After trying these steps, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it come back to life.

I have already returned it. Nothing was going to fix it! Thank you though
