hi I went to swim with my fitbit versa, it worked well for an hour but wen i installed the update it became slow and completely stopped showing the display...... this is odd cuz i can see the green light at bottom and iot vibrates a few times but its always blank screen its been 6 mnths i tuk the watch i guess need help raised a request with fitbit but dint get a response yet..........can anyone help from fitbit.

Heyyyyy all thanks for the support I have mailed the Fitbit team with the same details and answers their questions with few mails and trouble shooting steps they understood the issue and replaced my device... Thanks a lot for the help guys 😁😁
