Versa screen blank

My Versa is only a week old. It was working great until tonight when the screen just went blank. It is syncing with the app and the battery level is fine. It is not cracked and I was not doing anything unusual when it stopped working, just walking around. Any ideas how to fix this?

I'm currently having this issue. I've been in touch with the support team since it started happening a few days ago. They don't seem to understand the problem I'm having. Just send me a new watch this is ridiculous. Also, please train your support staff better. It's like talking to a child to get them to understand this issue.

HI,
Ultimately I returned the watch to the retailer I purchased it from. They swapped the watch for a new one. Let the retailer deal with Fit bit.

Smart move!  Fitbit won’t fix it

 

Mine hasn’t worked for over 14 months.  My bike app has never been able to calculate my mileage -

 

The company states they have a team working on it.  Hope they don’t pay them much because I ride daily and it never ever has worked correctly   I even have a new iPhone to connect it to

my versa did the same thing. i called customer service and they made me do two different types of resets. i did both and they didn’t work. it ended up being a hardware issue and i got an easy and free replacement through them. i highly recommend contacting customer service with these issues because it only took me ten minutes and i should be getting my new versa in 5-7 businesses days!

I contacted customer service for 6 months back and forth.  They kept having me reset and then told me there was a team working on the issue -14 months later.  It still doesn’t work and they would not take it back

Holding the button didn't work for me..I see something of a light flicking in the background..but not coming back on. It is fully charged and not cracked nor has it been submerged in water. Any ither suggestions would be helpful my Versa is less than 6months old

Update: Fitbit actually sent me a new watch since my watch was under the warranty. I called and complained to the customer service and they mailed me a new Versa 2 of which I've been using now for approximately 2months without issue. If your wat h is new they will replace it..if it's out of warranty I believe they just offer discounts. Good luck to anyone having this issue 🤞🏽

Hi, I'm having this issue as well. I've tried setting up the device, however, if you can't see the display, you can't get the code that will display on the device.....
