Versa screen blank

My screen is blank and there's not a crack in it. What do I need to do?

It's great to welcome you @celestiasimmons.

 

Have you tried to restart your watch? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

I have. The logo is not even showing up when I restart it...it's just a black screen. I've also updated the app.
