Husband bought a Versa for me in early July last year. Has been awesome & used it 24-7. Was fully charged and working great up to about lunch time today. First noticed my clock face scrolling from heart rate to steps to calories burned without any touch on the screen; shortly after, the screen kindof 'stuttered' for a few minutes and was unresponsive to touch commands to scroll, etc. By the time I got back home from my run the screen was dark. I have tried several varieties of the 'buttons restart' mentioned on these (and other pages) several times, to no avail. HELP! Is there nothing that is not going to crap right now in the world???

@Stacey1989 It seems like the device decided to misbehave. ;/ The good news is it should still be covered under warranty. Just to make sure though, you can attempt factory reset using button(s):
For Versa 1:
You may need to attempt the reset a few times to find the optimal times. Trying holding the buttons longer, as long as it's needed for the vibration to appear.
For Versa Lite and 2:
You can set up the watch back to the Fitbit account by following the instructions on this link: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
If you're not successful with the factory reset, I am afraid you will need to reach out to Customer Support to guide you through the next steps. Here's the link to Customer Support page.
