Fitbit will not warranty there product went to sleep woke up to my wife's screen coming off here versa

There are other people having same problem it is a material defect and fitbiF will not honer there one year warranty we have only had these for 2 months

Mine was flopping open when I woke up, Had it less than 9 months and its already a replacement from last falls software update bricking.

Why not? If its less than a year old they're supposed to, always have and I've been a customer 5 years with over 6 in most styles..
