I’ve had a Fitbit for many many years. Several different models. Been a big fan till now. I’ve had this versa 3 for a week! Lens cracked. piece even fell out of it! I have no idea what happened. Did not drop it bang it or anything. And now I’m being told no warranty!! I’ve never ever had a lens crack. Not ever. I strongly suspect that Fitbit has changed the manufacturer they are using. Or have downgraded their material requirements. Or both!!

Well it’s me again! Happy to say Fitbit seems to have come through. I requested that my case get moved up and someone understood what I was saying. Happy once again with Fitbit service. If it does not pan out I will-let you know

Hoping your Versa 3 issue is able to be resolved. I would love to know the results.
Mine is only 3 weeks old!! And I have the same issue - did not bang it into anything or drop it! Tiny white mark in corner must be a crack because now it has a crossed the whole face.
I've had at least 8-9 Fitbit devices through the years. Had been considering switching to Apple watch but saw a deal on Versa 3 and ordered because I have been very happy with Fitbit for all of these years.
I am SO annoyed that customer support is telling me it is not under warranty and that they will extend 35% on a new device. Bull @#$&!
