I've had my versa since Monday. So almost a week. And since I set it up, it doesn't always respond to my touch. At times the clock won't show, others it starts scrolling sideways on it's own. It selects apps and moves them without me touching it. Other times, I can try clicking on an app for a minute or longer and it won't respond. It's been pretty useless to me so far. Turning it on and off doesn't work, syncing it doesn't work. What do I do?

If Restart hasn't worked, time to try a full Factory Reset. Swipe left to Settings and then About and then Factory Reset. That puts everything back to the day you opened the box and you will be instructed as to the set up procedure.

No. Only fitbit apps. But i was iven a replacement and haven't had any problems since.

Factory reset didn't solve the problem. I ended up getting a replacement.
