Versa screen doesn't turn on when I raise my hand

The screen of my Fitbit Versa doesn't turn on when I move the wrist, I have to touch the screen 2 times if I need to turn it on. I already restarted it and I turned it off an on too and it didn't solve the problem.

Make a long push of the left button to get the Screen Wake setting  and set it to Auto. If you get something else, swipe left or right from there to get Screen Wake.

It's great to see you here @MaferMa and @SunsetRunner thanks for stopping by.

I appreciate the efforts in trying to fix this issue and would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Did you make sure that the quick view option is on?

Hope to hear from you soon. Man Happy

Hello Alejandra

This long push of the left button to reach the menu for auto wake is not intuitive.  In addition to that can you add an option in the app itself?  Ideally when I click on the device name (versa) in the app top left corner it would open the device details and a toggle switch to turn auto wake on or off.

Hope it will be considered for implementation.

I followed the suggestions and it still won’t turn on when I raise my hand

Absolutely agree that the location of the wake toggle is not intuitive. Would love to see it moved to...wait for it... Settings. Radical.
