My versa screen fades then it goes to a white circle. I tried resetting it several times. The I called Fitbit support who had me rest it then change the clock face. Still white circle. Then support had me send them a picture via email and then support said I dropped my versa. Told support I have not dropped it was then told to send video of what it is doing. At this point I’m done case#33402990

@Leslie1005, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the screen issue that your Versa experienced. I'm also sorry to hear that it can't be replaced due to the warranty policy. I totally understand how frustrating this is for you.

Thanks for the reply and yes it is frustrating that Fitbit offers a product that only last for a short time.
