Versa screen fades white when any button is pressed

My screen is fading to white when any button is pressed. I tried a shutdown and restart. It didn't fix it. I charged it to 100%, still fades. Tried shutdown and restart again, still fades. Also went from 100% to 62% power in 2.5 hours. No email or text received today.

Did you change anything? For instance a different clock face or do you mean that your screen gets lighter or darker everytime (something you can change in the settings)?

Maybe try to go to the factory settings (you can find them in settings, on your watch).

Hope it will be fixed soon, otherwise, try to contact fitbit directly.

Problem is not resolved.

I haven't changed anything recently. The screen comes on, then quickly fades out to white.
