My versa started to fade. The screen will be perfect then it slowly fades so you can hardly read it. Help needed.

Hi, if you're using a Third Party Clock Face, change it to one developed by Fitbit itself. If you're using a Fitbit Clock Face, restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Besides that: what is the setting of the brightness of your display: normal - dimmed - automatic or maximal?

If you never changed your Clock Face, you do not have to check it cause it will be one by Fitbit. Set your brightness to normal and restart your Versa once and see what happens.
