Versa screen fades

My Versa's screen started having a problem today. It lights up and then slowly fades afterwards. I tried factory resetting and restarting it. I also tried changing the clock face to one that is developed by Fitbit. I also have been receiving "ghost" notifications (small vibration and nothing on the screen).

 

Nothing solves the problem. Right as I am writing this message, it randomly restarted.

 

This is all really disappointing

I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts and letting me know that you've already tried to restart your device, change a clock face and do a factory reset.
