Versa screen fading now not working

Hey all,

My Versa screen has been playing up since yesterday.

It was showing up faded and with little lines the whole way through. The battery was dying so I charged it overnight. The screen would still come on but would be dim and fade to black. Now the screen isn't coming on at all apart from a tiny line at the top. 

It wasn't dropped, hit, wet etc and just started happening out of nowhere. 

Please someone help! I tried the factory reset with the 3 buttons but once the logo showed (just on the very top of the screen, the rest was black) I let go of the bottom right button but continued holding the left and top right buttons waiting for the vibration but it never came.

@Mrsbexie welcome to our Fitbit Community! i'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the display is fading and dim. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please try changing te clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the display works properly.
