Versa:screen flickers between notifications and music

My versa started to flash between my notifications and music.  It keeps vibrating each time.  I have tried resetting it with the buttons but that did not work.  It was hot and then ran out of battery.  I tried to charge up

again the next morning and now it will

not even charge   I have only had it for about a year.

Mine did the same thing last night. I've had mine just over a year. it was flickering all of the information in the upper left corner and continuously vibrating. I woke up this morning to it dead... it had been fully charged so I got to work and put it on the charger and it did nothing. I've done a light and hard reset on it. During the hard reset I'm guessing where the logo is supposed to show up it just turns a darker blue screen around the edges. Then I removed my finger off the bottom right and it does the vibrate thing. However I just did this for about the 3rd time because again the images are NOT coming back to the screen and now it isn't responding at all.

 

Best part is now everyone who is having this issue they are no longer in warranty because it was only for a year. I spent a lot of money for something that should have lasted longer. What are we supposed to do?
