My Fitbit keeps getting frozen when I try to put an alarm and I have to keep the main button(left side button) pressed so it can get out of the app. I don’t know what’s happening to it, I’ve already shut it down and turned it back on. Please let me know if anyone knows anything on how to make it work properly again.

Hi @DannaEly, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.
I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen gets frozen when trying to set an alarm. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do son your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data. After this, monitor your your Versa and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
