Versa screen freezes with flashing lines

My versa has trouble working for the last 2 weeks. It doesn't pick up my heart beat, it's constantly flashing and changing screens. It doesn't swipe or select anything. I've reset the device numerous times and struggling to update firmware. Every time I click on a link on the website, it reverts to an error message. It's slightly over a year old. Very expensive for poor quality.

Regarding the display issues that your Fitbit Versa experienced. I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. Please reply to their last email and they'll be happy to assist you accordingly.

I'm very disappointed in fitbit service. My fitbit has crashed and good enough for the dustbin. Never in my life will I spend a cent on a new fitbit. I paid a fortune and the thing broke in a little over a year. What annoyed me the most is that the watch started with its issues a couple of weeks after the software update and it definitely wasn't something I did wrong because my friends fitbit did exactly the same as mine. We bought ours pretty much around the same time. It's definitely a fault or bug from fitbit and if they're not interested in fixing it for us I won't be interested in contributing to a new watch. Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
