Versa screen frozen on fitbit logo

I have tried the three button reset and the two button reset, both don't make a difference . Kindly assist

I’m sorry to hear that, @Orode - But I’m confused. There is no “three button reset.” Please check the instructions here to make sure you did the restart correctly. FYI - The “back” button is the one on the left.
