Versa screen ghosting and battery dying in 7 hours

On Friday I woke up to find my versa screen with vertical lines down it, the screen was ghosting the image of the other page and flickers , the battery goes from full charge to empty within 7 hours , I have emailed Fitbit help on Friday morning and I still haven't had a reply !!

The same thing has happened to me.  It happened in November.  Faint screen with lines and battery dropping extremely fast.
