Versa screen glitches and battery dies after 2 days

I’ve been having issues with my Fitbit Versa this week. Started with the battery dying after 2 days. I used to go 4-5 days without needing to charge it.

Then i noticed this week that when using my timer app i couldn’t turn it on or off. Like there’s a dead spot on the right side of my screen. Then the notifications bar kept opening and closing on its own as if I was touching the screen.

Also the auto wake has not been very accurate this last week.

Ive done a reset a few times. Nothing changed. Then I did a factory reset and now my screen is black/dead and nothing is turning on. Buttons don’t work and nothing comes on when i put it on the charge.

I tried to do another factory reset but no luck. Nothing comes in when I hold the 3 buttons.

Ive only had my Versa since January 2019.

Help!

@Nadz49 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not turning its display on even though you have tried a factory reset and a restart.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it since you alredy tried it. After trying these steps, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy
