Last week, my Fitbit started crashing/turning off randomly and it takes multiple hard button resets to restart. Once it restarts, the time will be wrong and it takes multiple app refresh’s for it update. The battery is charged, it’s not wet, or overheated. I was out of the country, but still had WiFi and cell service. At the same time, it started only holding a charge for a day or two when it previously could go 4-5 days between charges (at 8 am it’s at 100% and by lunch it is at 60%) The troubleshooting tips found on the forums are just providing a couple of hours of functioning before something else happens. My Versa was purchased in November 2018, so it is fairly new. Thanks in advance for the help.

@slotown welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it glitches and turns off randomly even though you have restarted it and trying some troubleshooting steps before contacting our forums.
Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

Thanks for responding. I already had a Fitbit developed watch face but I switched it to another one. Within 15 minutes, it crashed again and my 99% battery dropped to 46%.
