Versa screen got frozen screen after update

 Versa watch frozen again after down loading update 2out of 2 this Fitbit is officially useless . It’s only good for the bin.

@Getfit53mew it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Versa since the screen got frozen after the update.

 

If you haven't done so, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, change the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the screen works properly.

Sorry no response to all you suggested. These watches do not respond to fresh downloads/upgrades. But thanks for trying.
