how do I fix my screen I got vertical blue lines and now the screen won't work I've already chatted with Fitbit they won't replace it as this was a replacement 6 most ago, gotany ideas???

IslandGirl7, you aren't the only one. I ALWAYS take my watch off before I shower and leave it in another room. Came back, and the same thing, screen is all vertical lines and what not. Tried resetting it, no luck. Now I have a $200 3oz paperweight.
