The screen on my Versa went grey and started flickering yesterday. The battery was low so I charged it but today the grey screen and flickering continued until watch went dead less than 12 hours after charging. Charging it now but wont fully charge and screen still grey and flickering. I have also tried restarting it. I have only had watch since beginning of January. I don’t know what to do now?

Hi, before contacting Customer Support, restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If that does not solve your problem, contact Customer Support and tell them that you already did multiple restarts and ask for a battery test.

Hi I tried what you said but it has not made a difference. Watch is charged this morning but once I try to swipe left the screen goes grey and starts flickering and it remains to be seen how long the battery will last today! I am waiting to hear back from support now.
