The screen on my Fitbit has like a orange box outline,I’m not sure what has caused this and would appreciate any help as I can not find a solution on any sites at the moment.

Please restart your Versa as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
