Versa screen has blue lines

My Fitbit Versa screen is showing the screen with blue lines down the side and it’s not responding to any touches. Why do I do?

In order to fix this issue, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, monitor the screen of your Fitbit Versa and see if the issues get fixed.
