VERY upset with Fitbit. I have been a proud wearer of Fitbit for 10+ years. From the original, to the charge, and now the versa. I have had the versa for almost 3 months, when the screen suddenly cracked. Without any hits, pressure, or scrapes, I now have a large crack down the screen
When I called Fitbit support to correct this obvious integral equipment issue, I was told the warranty does not cover “user error”. If I was rough on the versa, I would understand. However, there was no damage done to cause this and I will be discontinuing my Fitbit usage forever.

Hey @Melton16161, I hope you are doin' fine! I'm sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced with the screen of your Fitbit Versa. On the other hand, I appreciate you have taken the time to contact our Support team for further help, although their response hasn't met your expectations. As you may know, there are certain policies that they have to follow, so I'd like to tell you that I can help you in another way, but I can't.
Thanks for your help @Marrrmaduke!
I'll be around!

@Melton16161 I'm sorry to hear that your Versa cracked. I would recommend reaching out to Customer Support again and trying escalating that issue. On my end, I will also flag your post for Customer Support assistance. Please escalate as I would like you to remain part of our family. 🙂 Good luck.
