I hit my Versa display on a door today when leaving the gym. Now the screen display is very light, barely legible. Have I done permanent damage? I did not hit it very hard, but it was directly on the screen. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
Hi @khonecker - you may have inadvertently changed the brightness setting. On your Versa, swipe to the left to Settings —> Brightness. Your choices are Auto, Dim, Normal and Max. Please check it out and let us know if it helps.
Thank you, I appreciate this! That did not fix it. The screen display was the standard display, black screen, and now it is white with gray numbers that are very hard to read.
