Versa screen in manual but preforming in auto

Has anyone else had this issue? My screen is set to manual but performs like it’s in the auto setting. I have my reasons for wanting the manual tap settings. I’ve done several factory resets over the last two weeks and the issue persists.

Hi @S-graves07 Sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa. This is going to sound crazy, but have you tried setting it to auto to see if that works correctly?

Mine does it too, sometimes.  When I set it to Manual (when I go to sleep), it still sometimes comes on with movement and lights up, but not as often as if I leave it in Auto.
