My versa will not display anything, when I touch the screen and or the buttons the screen glows white. I have tried restarting several times with no results. Any suggestions? I just updated to the versa around Thanksgiving. I am very frustrated as I did not have any issues with my charge 2.

Hi, what does the Versa tell you when you put it in the charger and connect it to either PC or Wall outlet? Does it tell that's it charging?

It does not tell me anything, and when I look at the app it does not show that it is charging.

Hi, alas the only suggestion I have for you is to contact Customer Support as it seems to be a hardware issue. Good luck!!
