Hi, I went swimming on Sunday, first time wearing my fitbit versa while doing so. I now have a black screen and a constant red light on the back. My app says the fitbit is charged, my alarm woke me up this a.m. and the fitbit captured my sleep cycle. Just not able to view my screen. I tried a hard reset - holding all the buttons until logo appears - logo never appeared - even after holding it for stated amount of time. Please help

Hi I have a Fitbit versa 2 only 7months old and I haven’t been swimming in it so in my case can not be the water however I woke up Sunday morning with the same issues mine seemingly coincided with a firmware update.
get in touch with support either online chat or twitter which I used and they got back to me fairly quick. Mine is in warranty and being replaced apparently nothing I did would get it back on.
