Versa screen is black and it won't turn on

My fit bit versa screen went black, cant do anything with it. It still tracks but I cant see anything on it....

Hi @Janelle55, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it the screen went black and it won't turn on.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, monitor the screen of your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.

I too have this issue. My Fitbit tracks everything and I can see it light up, but there is no display. I restarted as you said, it lights up, but the screen is still black.

Same here.  Started dimming then restarted it. Went black. Can’t see screen.  Defective unit??

Yep!! It happened to another unit I had for about 6 months. Fitbit sent me
another unit. Now that unit is doing the same thing a year and a half later.
