Versa screen is black and it won't turn on

I have had my Fitbit versa for less than a year and the screen is black. I have tried trouble shooting nothing is happening. My app says that is has a charge. And the app is keeping track of the steps ect. But nothing on the screen of the watch.

My Versa 2 quit during the night also, and won't restart.
