Hi
My fitbit versa is less than a year old. Yesterday out of nowhere it went black and won't turn on (had 50% battery). I have tried all of the solutions on forums. Have contacted seller. I have tried everything. I have a heart condition that I need to constantly monitor my heart rate and my watch just shut off. Please help!

My Fitbit did the same thing and I can't get it back on. My battery was at 90%! How did you fix yours?

Put versa on charger (was at 18%l took it off after it was done charging, and now the screen is black.
Will not reset with the 3 button push. Only wsy to get anything out of it is to put back on charger.
It has been locking up like this for 3 months now but the button press used to fo trick.

Hi
I ended up calling Fitbit. Since it was under a year, they sent me a replacement. I also had to option to buy a versa 2 at 50% off.

I’m on my 4th Versa in less than two years, all replaced with the insurance and paying a deductible. The original died after swimming because they’re really not water resistant. The three others just suddenly had the screens go out though still synced. I’m looking at alternative devices because I’m not spending another dime on Fitbit.
