My versa screen is black with colored lines, I have held the 3 buttons down and the colored lines just come and go. I cannot see anything else. Please help.
The same happened to mine today screen not responding at first then the screen turned to flashing coloured stripes. Now it is completely blank I have tried and tried to reset it but it is just dead.......I have only had it two months is this a headwear problem? I love this watch and would like it sorted out.
I have this same problem. I hVe had it for a year. All black screen, it vibrates when notifications come through. And now it shows the depleted battery on the screen. But in the app its fully charged. I love my Fitbit. Need help.
