Versa screen is black

Hi! I can’t do a factory reset or anything from the Fitbit because the screen won’t work, the buttons on the back aren’t flashing green. None of the stuff I’ve seen is working. What should I do?

Can you bring it back to life while it is on the charger? If not. I would contact support.
