My screen is blank all of a sudden... It seems to be charging. There was an update yesterday and now it isn't working. Any help out there??

Welcome to the club . You juts lost your device 😄 . Get ready for legendary support from Fitbit ...they will take too much of your time and let me tell you the outcome right away :
1. Fitbit will send replacement if Device within warranty (very low chances of this issue if within warranty) 2. Take 25% rebate on new device if out of warranty. Which effectively mean Fitbit is asking you to pay them 75% cost of new device all while Fitibit is at fault.
