My versa 2 screen started showing green colour on screen, all functions are working but screen colour is only green.

My Versa2 just stopped working and the screen is black (yes it was charged from this morning). I have tried holding down the button on the left side and nothing is happening. I just put it back on my charger, but the screen remains black. I can't even tell if the Versa2 is even working. This is very frustrating.

My versa lite has gone totally blank and is not showing any signs of life. Kept it on charging for hours but no success.
From App it is NOT connected as it says that device is not turned on.
Device is still under 1 year warranty period. Customer care number in Singapore says due to covid we are not serving.
where to go for help???

This is my second watch. First only lasted a year and screen went out. This watch is only 7 months old and screen is going out again. Starts with lines on the sides vertically and eventually screen has white lines all the way across. Very disappointed that I can’t get a Fitbit to last.

@Luggy008 and @Anniebrynds, thanks for your efforts while working on your watches. I understand your point of view about having this experience and please know that every feedback shared in the forums is taken into consideration to work on our products. Since your posts didn't mention, please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit and restart your watches as described here.
@VERSA_2_SCREEN, @Oregonmsc and @SanjeevSharma, thanks for letting me know about your watches and the steps tried to get them working again. I'm sorry that you're going through this situation. I got in touch with the Support team and apparently they already took your cases under their wings. They'll provide you with assistance via email, so keep an eye on your inbox.

I purchased 2 Versa 2 watches on 17 May 2020. The screen on one of them went green and black on Friday 10 July and the other one stopped responding today. I am disappointed the both have stopped working within 2 months of purchase. We had worn both watches in factory condition without changing clock faces or adding any apps etc. How can return these watches please. Mano

I'm having the same issue. Screen is black, I've charged it for days and nothing. I can't tell if its on or not, but I assume not because it does not sync.

I tried all of the above suggestions before I posted. The screen is going out like it did with my previous Fitbit. You can see the blue lines on the sides of the screen.

@ManoSun, thanks for sharing detailed information about your watches. I'm sorry that you're going through this experience and let me give you a hand. Just to confirm, are you able to see a green light on the back? If you're able to see it, please try restarting your watches and changing the clock face just to monitor their behavior.
About your other inquiry, Fitbit provides refunds to any order purchased from our Fitbit store that is within 45 days as described here. If both Versa 2 were purchased from another retailer, I'd recommend getting in touch with them so they can provide you with more details about the refund policy.
@Craigezus, thanks for sharing that your Versa isn't working correctly, as well for your efforts while charging it. Since you mentioned that it's not syncing, I'd recommend to exhaust the troubleshooting steps described in this help article.
@Anniebrynds, thanks for the picture of your Versa and for trying the steps posted above. Versa lite just crapped out on me. Was out with the family, display dimmed and then went black and will not turn on. Charge is at 100%. When hooked up to the charger display shows and the moment it is disconnected it shuts off and will not display. Attempted reset, fitbit logo shows and disappears, screen still black. Factory reset and still nothing has changed. Less than a year old...What now?

I cant get anything to work on my versa. not charging been on charger for three days now and nothing. tried resetting it... nothing.... held all three buttons and nothing I have only had my Fitbit for a couple of weeks.

My versa lite screen has been black for the last week. Sometimes I see a slight change in colour like grey but mostly it is black. I have tried to reset (press/holding the button) no luck. It seems to be tracking still and vibrating for notifications but screen is not functional. It is now losing charge faster as well 😞 Love my versa - please help Fitbit!

I got it to come back on for a short couple seconds and then died again. try to put on charger and it has been on charger for 24 hours and still nothing cant even get it to turn back on when holding all three buttons. or just the one? please help

I’m having the same difficulty with my Versa. Last night the screen went black and the display will not come back on. It is fully charged, I’ve changed the clock setting and tried a restart. It won’t update and now says it cannot be located. Incredibly frustrating. There is some backlighting, and right before it went black, the screen display vibrated between screens and wouldn’t register touch. I’m not sure hot to start a new comment, so I’ve added to the above. Any help would be appreciated!
