My versa screen is blank but it's still vibrating when I touch the buttons and during notifications. It's like the back light is on, on the screen but nothing else is on and I can't get it to turn off. Any advice?

Hi there @Jesslowe14, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided about your Versa's screen behavior and for trying to restart it.
Since your Versa is still vibrating it may be syncing too. So, please check in your Fitbit app if your Versa is in fact syncing. If so, change the clock face to a different one to see if this brings back the display. Don't worry if you cannot see anything on the display by now, this process is done through the Fitbit app.
Give this a go and let me know how it goes.
