Versa screen is blank even after trying to troubleshoot it

I have had my Versa watch for 2.5 years. I used to see a black screen before but I would always be able to successfully reboot. However, now I have a situation where everything works, the clock vibrates, the alarm rings, the screen lights up but nothing is displayed on it (no letters or numbers) ... I tried restarting holding the back button and the lower right button but nothing happened. What now ?

Hi there, @Martina06. Welcome too the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa before reaching out.

Since the restart you tried didn't work, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hope that helps.
