I've had the Versa about 6 months or so. It was working fine this morning. I went to check the time a few minutes ago and the screen is blank, like it's off. But I never turned it off, the green lights are still flashing in the back. None of the buttons are doing anything and placing it in the charger does nothing. Thoughts?
Please help.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

All is well. Yes, I had to hold that button down forever before it restarted. I also had to power down my phone to get the app to start communicating with the Versa again. Its working for now!
Thanks!
