My Versa screen just started fading out. After a short while the screen turns white and then you cant see anything on the fitbit.
Please help.

Hi, first try restarting your Versa several times by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together until you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If that does not solve your problem, contact Customer Support. Regards kuzibri

Okay I have done that several times and it still has not fixed the issue.

The Versa I have couldn't be fixed as well even with customer service support. They did offer a refurbished one or a discount on something cheaper. Warranty had ran out.
