Hey @XJennX, welcome to the Community! Oh! I'm sorry to hear about the inconveniences that you are experimenting with your Fitbit Versa. Let me ask you this, are you able to navigate through the options on your watch or it is not responding at all? If you can still going through the different options, I'd like you to try to turn it off by following these instructions:

On your watch, open the Settings app User-added imageAbout > Shutdown > confirm the shutdown.

To turn your watch back on, press any button.

Let me know if that works!

Hello

I am also having similar issues. Swiping screens continue to freeze and shake back and forth. There is a huge delay with the touch screen. I have reset it multiple times and continue to have to "restart" it through out the day. I really want to be a fitbit user vs. Apple watch. This watch is much cuter than the apple but it is driving me crazy with this screen not even being functional. I am considering exchanging for a new product.

Hello @Julie4994, it is nice to see new faces around! Woman Happy Thanks for restarting your Versa to try to fix this issue. Beside that, have you also tried just to shut down your watch as I previously suggested? If you haven't, please follow these instructions to do so:

On your watch, open the Settings app User-added imageAbout > Shutdown > confirm the shutdown.

To turn your watch back on, press any button.

Let me know how it goes! 😉

Yes! Still very delayed and freezing. It acts as though someone is touching it and no one is. It is like someone is using it internally. Maybe there is a ghost nearby 👻👻. Really love this versa look but I am so sad about this problem. What to do next? Currently sending it back and waiting for exchanged product

I am also experiencing these problems and am talking to fitbit support via email.

So far all they have suggested is that I do a factory reset of the versa, and that I restart the device when this happens, but it has fixed nothing.

The screen shakes back and forth and switches to other screens as if someone is interacting with it. Sometimes it selects items on the screen and moves to new screens.

Be careful, I spent 90 mins today on the phone with Fitbit Support about my Versa screen having frozen and the watch now is stuck on restarting itself constantly, draining the battery. We tried all the resets, and now the only way they will ship me a new Versa is if I video all the steps we took and send it to them. I am furious. I will never recommend another fitbit device again. They've made it impossible to get a replacement device. They have horrible customer service and an egregious lack of trust in their customers. With an attitude like that, they will lose business. Good luck, I hope you don't have to endure what I have.

This is unacceptable so since 2018 people are complaining about the screen freezing and the Versa resetting itself over and over, and now in December 2019 it continues with a watch purchased in September 2019. It. Is unbelievable that no solution is brought to this. My watch is under warranty what can I do?

That's messed up! I would file something with the Better Business Bureau
