Versa screen is just black

Hello. I have a Versa 2, and a while ago the screen turned black and wouldn’t show anything. I left it alone for a while, but today I tried to work with it. 
I think it is just the screen. The hr light still works and it vibrates when I’ve reset it. 
I’ve tried resetting it, but that doesn’t work. The screen still shows black. 
I don’t know how to fix it.

Hey Brooklyn, 

I had the same problem with my Fitbit. My issue was solved when I went into my Fitbit app on the phone and changed my clock face. As soon as I did my screen worked and then I could change back to my regular clock face. I hope it helps you as it helped me.
