Hi,
My Fitbit is no longer working. I have tried the reset option. The screen goes black then displays several straight lines of purple of different shades. It is still able to sync with the app so I think the screen has developed a fault. It is only 6 months old so this should not happen. The only thing recently I have done differently was I went swimming last week, but no more than 2m, certainly not the 50m the device claims it is ok down to so that should not be an issue. Can you advise what I can do to resolve this.

Hi, seems to me to be a hardware issue, call Customer Support about it.
