My versa is screen is only showing the time and date. For miles it is showing NaN and two dash marks for the floors, steps and exercise minutes. I can see everything on my phone but not my watch.
Hi, NaN means "not a number". What you describe sounds like you're using a Third Party Clock Face. If yes, change it to one developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa. Probably your problem will be solved by this.
