Versa screen is pixelated and frozen

Versa working wonderfully for 1+ year. After putting it back on after charging it, noticed that the screen was pixelated, then eventually even that pixelated screen became static-y, and eventually only on top half of screen. Sometimes, there is no image at all but there is still a slight glow around the edges that tells me the Versa isn't off. I have restarted it MANY times. I have tried to do a shutdown but I don't see enough of the screen to pick the correct options. Every time I charge it, the screen returns to normal for only 1 minute before the whole process of becoming pixelated to eventually nothing occurs again. And this versa has never gotten wet beyond my own sweat from running. It still functions otherwise as my statistics are still accurate on the fitbit app so it definitely seems like just a screen issue.

 

Please help! I love this watch and I don't want to image it would stop working so quickly.
