I've had My FitBit versa for little over a month,The other day I noticed a scratch on My screen,Is there anyway the screen can be replaced?
If not would it be worth taking it back to where I purchased it?
Many Thanks

Fitbits tend not to be repairable and I have not heard of anyone being able to replace the screen.
You could try taking it back but a lot of retailers will not offer a replacement if it was accidental damage. Similarly, fitbit's warranty terms exclude accidental damage. You might as well try though - they can only say no.

no offence but your screen looks very scratched,. Do you use screen protector?
I bought mine on eBay and there is no even one scratch on it.

Hi all,
I took it back to the retailer I bought it from and they gave Me an exchange as I bought the extended insurance, it covers accidental damage. I was also having issues with My battery life so that helped get an exchange.
It's now fitted with a Silicone Case and Tempered Glass which I got off Amazon for £9.99 as I tried some off eBay which where rubbish.
Thanks for Your replies.

Thanks For posting this.
I bought mine from Argos so i am going to get the extended warranty sorted too today. (I can get it within 45 days of purchase)
I have a feeling i am going to need this.
Battery life is fine at my end. but this watch just seems so fragile.....
come on fitbit... Up your game... come up with some protection for watch . surely it will make you money as people will but that cover.
My plan is to let this fitbit go for year or 2 and then if the Fitbit products reliability does not improve then move to Garmin....

I didn't buy the 2 year warranty as the man in Argos told Me about the lifetime warranty at £3.25 a month it's covered by Domestic and General who are amazing,If they can't fix anything U just gey sent a new one.
Hope this helps.
